Solution Consultant

Cloud Protection protects Fortune 500 enterprises and government organizations worldwide from malware, phishing, and identity-based attacks in Salesforce. Our work builds on more than 30 years of experience in analyzing malware and defending against advanced threats — expertise few security companies can match.

It's our people who make that possible. Newly independent after years as WithSecure's most autonomous business unit, we combine the focus and speed of a startup with decades of cybersecurity depth. We're a diverse team that values passion, purpose, and genuine wellbeing at work, and we're looking for people who want to set the standard for Salesforce security with us. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.

We’re looking for a Solution Consultant to join us in scaling our efforts in the European market for Cloud Protection for Salesforce (CPSF) – a fast-growing cybersecurity SaaS business within Clous Protection by WithSecure. This role will serve as the technical counterpart to our sales teams, working across both pre-sales and post-sales activities to deliver value to prospects and customers. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong communication skills, enabling them to translate business challenges into practical technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the sales team as the primary technical resource during the sales cycle.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to customer needs.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer requirements.
• Design and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) to validate solution fit.
• Build trust with stakeholders by clearly articulating technical capabilities and business value.
• Oversee technical onboarding and solution implementation for new customers.
• Serve as a trusted advisor through ongoing technical business reviews, identifying opportunities for optimization and expansion.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with support and engineering teams.
• Drive customer success by ensuring adoption, satisfaction, and long-term value realization.

What are we looking for?

• Experience: 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., solution consulting, pre-sales engineering, customer success engineering, or similar).
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of enterprise IT environments (e.g., networking, cloud platforms, security solutions, APIs). Strong preference for experience with Salesforce.
• Business Acumen: Ability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
• Communication: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills; able to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Languages: Fluent in English; other languages a plus
• Strong proficiency in AI technologies and tools.
• Proven experience in applying AI solutions to solve real-world business or technical challenges.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and continuous learning mindset to keep up with evolving AI technologies.

If you don’t tick every box above, don’t worry — we’re more interested in your potential and willingness to learn.
