Disclaimer & Terms of Use

1. What Jobyssey is
Jobyssey automatically collects job listings from publicly available sources, such as company career pages, applicant tracking systems and public job feeds, and shows them in one searchable place. Every listing links to its original source. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. We are not the employer or a recruiter
- We do not post, own, sponsor or endorse any job listing shown on this site.
- We are not acting for any employer, and we are not your agent when you apply.
- We do not receive, review, store or send job applications, CVs or personal data you submit to employers. Applications are made directly on third-party websites, under their own terms and privacy policies.
- We do not decide, influence or guarantee any hiring outcome, interview, offer, salary or visa.
- No employment, agency or partnership relationship is created between you and Jobyssey.
3. No verification and no warranty
Listings are collected and processed automatically, sometimes with machine-generated summaries and tags (for example seniority, salary, skills, location or work mode). This information may be incomplete, out of date, inaccurate or misclassified. A job may already be filled, may never have existed, or may differ from what the original source describes.
The site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. This includes, without limitation, warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Always check details directly with the employer.
4. Third-party websites
When you click "Apply" or any outbound link, you leave Jobyssey. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content, security, privacy practices, availability or conduct of any third-party website, employer or recruiter. Your use of those sites is entirely at your own risk and governed by their terms.
5. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for checking any employer, listing or offer before you share personal information, apply, travel, sign anything or make any payment. You are also responsible for making sure that your applications, and the information you give in them, are accurate and that you are eligible for the role.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jobyssey, its owners, operators and contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of money, data, opportunity, employment or reputation, arising from or related to:
- your use of, or inability to use, the site;
- any job listing, employer, recruiter or third-party website;
- any fraud, scam, misrepresentation or unlawful act by a third party;
- any application you submit, or any hiring decision made by an employer.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
7. For employers and rights holders
Listings are shown for information only, as they appear in public sources, and link back to the original posting. Jobyssey is not responsible for who applies to a role, or for the suitability, accuracy or conduct of applicants, because applications are made directly with you. Company names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Showing them here does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
If you want a listing corrected or removed, or believe content here infringes your rights, email [email protected] with the listing link and the reason. We aim to review valid requests promptly and to remove content where appropriate.
8. Job safety tips
Job scams are common. A legitimate employer will never:
- ask you to pay for an application, training, equipment, background check or "starter kit";
- send you a cheque and ask you to send part of the money back or to someone else;
- ask for bank login details, passwords, one-time codes or crypto payments;
- ask for passport, ID or bank details before a formal, verifiable offer;
- interview only by chat app, or pressure you to decide immediately.
Before you share personal details:
- Check that the job appears on the company's official website.
- Check that emails come from the company's real domain, not a free email account.
- Look up the company and recruiter on independent sources.
- If an offer seems too good to be true, it probably is.
If you come across a suspicious listing, report it to us at [email protected] and to your local consumer-protection or cyber-crime authority. If you have lost money, contact your bank immediately.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site. This includes scraping it at a disruptive rate, trying to interfere with its operation or security, or using it to commit fraud or harass anyone. We may restrict access, or change or discontinue the site, at any time without notice.
10. Privacy
Jobyssey does not require an account and does not ask you to submit a CV or application through this site. Search terms and filters you use appear in the page URL and may be recorded in standard server logs for operating and securing the service.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms. Questions: [email protected].
