Alleviate IT Solutions is hiring a Service Desk Manager in Wakefield, West Yorkshire (hybrid, 1 day/week from home) to run the day-to-day service desk, lead and support the technical support team, handle escalations, and help resolve complex technical issues while ensuring customers receive consistently high levels of support.
