Service Desk Engineer - Level 1.5

Pathfinder Recruitment is excited to bring to market a new opportunity for a Service Desk Engineer working in Melbourne. Working across a broad client base you will be servicing many SMB's. This is a great team with a supportive work culture. This role will be office based and suits a candidate with 12+ months previous experience in a help-desk/service desk role who is looking to gain valuable IT skills.


Skills & Experience

• 12+ months experience working in an MSP supporting the following technologies: Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Windows 1011, Active Directory, Exchange, VMWare, Networking and Cloud technologies.

• Previous experience working in an MSP environment

• Queue Management experience a bonus

• Experience in configuring, maintaining, and optimising severs, networks and other critical IT infrastructure

• Good understanding of virtualisation technologies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to collaborate with team members and work in a fast paced environment
  
  

Requirements

• Qualifications in IT or equivalent or industry certifications

• Drivers licence

• Must hold PR or be an Australian Citizen to apply
