Product Manager, Revenue Management

Driven to be the Best

People. Performance. Purpose.

At Avis Budget Group, we’re driven to be the best vehicle rental company in the world, together. Our 25,000 employees raise the bar every day, bringing different perspectives, taking ownership, and leading with integrity. We’re defining the future of mobility with safe, sustainable solutions that move people, businesses, and communities forward.

As a Product Manager, Revenue Management, you will own the product vision and strategy for how Avis Budget Group manages revenue - leading the transformation to a genuinely data-driven, proactive Revenue Management function. You will translate deep revenue management expertise into a product roadmap, drive the adoption of AI-driven decision-making, and help establish what genuine product ownership looks like in an organization that is at the beginning of that journey. Partnering closely with commercial, revenue management, analytics, and technology teams across the US and EMEA, you will drive delivery of initiatives that land measurable commercial impact and hold yourself accountable for the outcomes, not just the output.

What You'll Do:

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Revenue Management products with a relentless focus on delivering commercial impact - shipping things that move the needle, not just features that move the roadmap.

• Define clear prioritisation decisions and defend them against competing stakeholder demands, maintaining a single coherent roadmap across multiple workstreams.

• Translate revenue management logic and commercial requirements into crisp, buildable specifications – and see them through to delivery, not just handoff.

• Design and interpret experiments and performance read-outs to rigorously measure whether what you shipped actually moved revenue - and course-correct fast when it didn’t.

• Develop deep expertise in how car rental revenue management works and apply that knowledge to everything you build.

• Act as the primary translation layer between commercial teams who understand the problem and engineering teams who build the solution; challenge received wisdom and find the right problem before defining the solution.

• Represent the product strategy confidently against senior stakeholders, earning the right to set technology priorities through commercial credibility rather than authority.

• Model what empowered product management looks like - outcomes over output, evidence over opinion - and help shift the organisation toward genuine product ownership over time.

• Communicate product vision, progress, and performance clearly to senior and cross-functional stakeholders across the US and International.

Perks You’ll Get:

• Access to Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability insurance

• Eligible to elect other voluntary benefits including: Group Auto Insurance, Group Home Insurance, Pet Insurance, Legal Assistance, Identity Theft Protection, FSA, Accident Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, and additional life insurance coverages

• 401(k) Retirement Plan with company matched contributions

• Full training to learn the business and enhance professional skills

• Employee discounts, including discounted prices on the purchase of Avis/Budget cars

• Access to an Employee Assistance Program for services including counseling, financial and legal consultation, referrals for care service and more

What We're Looking For:

• Significant experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, or a closely adjacent commercial function - you understand revenue management at a conceptual and operational level, ideally in a capacity-constrained industry such as travel, hospitality, or mobility.

• Proven track record as a Product Manager with accountability for strategy, delivery, and measurable impact - you have shipped things that demonstrably changed commercial performance, and you can point to them.

• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority: you have changed the direction of a technically or politically complex initiative through the quality of your thinking and the strength of your commercial argument.

• Strong data instincts - you are comfortable with analytical outputs, can interrogate a model's assumptions, and know when a number is telling the wrong story.

• Executive presence: you can hold your ground in a room of senior commercial leaders and do so with confidence grounded in substance.

• Experience establishing or strengthening product practices in an organisation new to them - you have helped a team move from project thinking to product thinking.

• Comfort operating with ambiguity and independence: you have built something meaningful when the brief was incomplete and the path was not clear.

• Familiarity with dynamic pricing engines, demand forecasting tools, or AI/ML-powered product development is a strong advantage.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to operate effectively across time zones and functions in an international environment.

The annual starting salary for this position is between $140,000 – $165,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
