TVS SCS RICO Italia is seeking an Engineer VR04 to join its IT team. The role involves daily local and remote support, incident resolution, and end-user device administration across Windows, Linux, and Mac environments.
You will act as a hands-and-feet resource for a multinational IT organization and collaborate with resolver teams and third-party engineers. The ideal candidate has at least 1.5 years in IT support, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work out of hours when required.
Provide daily local/remote IT support, log tickets, troubleshoot incidents. Perform Break & Fix, fault diagnosis, and resolution services. Handle IMACD requests and end-user device support. Coordinate with resolver teams and onsite third-party engineers. Maintain asset management and update IT systems per processes. Minimum 18 months of IT sector experience (Windows, AD, VMs). Proven analytical and strong communication skills. Flexible, willing to work outside hours when needed. Knowledge of Italian and English (technical). Car availability for travel preferred.
