Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is currently looking for an International Project Manager 4 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in Advanced Weapons located in Northridge, CA. This is an individual contributor, non-manager role with no direct reports that will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operational aspects of ongoing projects, and serve as the liaison between program management, integrated product teams, and supporting functions.
The International Project Manager 4 is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex defense projects involving multiple countries, partners, and stakeholders. This role manages cost, schedule, and technical performance while ensuring compliance with export controls, security requirements, and customer expectations in an international environment. Primary Level Salary Range: $113,500.00 - $170,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
