This is a remote position.

Build Your Career. Build Your Income. Build Your Future. Graduate College? Ready to Skip the “Entry-Level” Salary?

What if your very first career after graduation didn’t come with a ceiling? What if you could earn what many professionals don’t reach until 15 years into their careers? At Paybility, we’re looking for ambitious, energetic, relationship-driven people who want to build something extraordinary—not someday, but starting now. This isn’t a desk job. This isn’t a corporate cubicle. This isn’t answering emails all day. This is getting out into your community, meeting business owners face-to-face, helping them improve their businesses, and building an income tied directly to the value you create. If you’ve got confidence, curiosity, work ethic, and aren’t afraid to introduce yourself to someone new... You may have just found the opportunity of a lifetime.

About Us

At Paybility, we empower local business owners with essential, best-in-class operations and growth tools. We specialize in helping small and medium-sized merchants streamline operations, increase revenue, and lower operating costs. By offering an all-in-one suite of services—ranging from financial and payment management to digital marketing—we build long-term partnerships with business owners.

We offer something different from traditional entry-level jobs. We offer the opportunity to build an income that continues growing month after month. Many of our top performers earn well in excess of $200,000 annually, enjoying the flexibility to create their own schedules, build their own territories, and operate with true independence. There are no artificial income caps, no restrictive territory limits, and no one deciding how much you’re allowed to earn.

Job Description

Title: Solutions Consultant (Outside Sales)

Type: 1099 or FT (depending on your state)

As a Paybility Solutions Consultant, you’ll spend your days meeting local business owners face-to-face and showing them a better way to manage critical business services, including:

• Payment Processing Services

• Payroll Services

• Business Websites & Social Media Management

• Business Capital & Lending Solutions

• Customer Financing Programs & Merchant Support Tools

Every conversation has the potential to change a business. Every new client becomes part of your growing portfolio—and every month, that portfolio continues paying you recurring production residuals as those merchants continue utilizing Paybility services. You don’t just earn once; you build continuous, compounding income.

Let’s Be Honest About the Structure

This role is 100% performance-based with no base salary. We believe in complete transparency because we value your time. If you are looking for a guaranteed paycheck simply for showing up, this isn't the right opportunity. But if you’re excited by the idea of building an income stream that belongs to you, keep reading.

What to Expect Financially

Because compensation is tied directly to production, every candidate should have a thoughtful financial plan before starting (savings, support from family, spouse’s income, or secondary stability) to give your portfolio room to grow.

• Most new Consultants close their first deals within 1–2 weeks.

• Payouts and residual earnings generate as soon as merchants begin processing.

• Realistically, it generally takes 3–6 months to build a portfolio large enough for recurring monthly residuals to comfortably cover typical household expenses.

• Note for experienced candidates: If you already have an existing portfolio of business relationships, merchant transitions can begin immediately to generate production payouts in month one.

Qualifications & Ideal Profile

We are far more interested in attitude than resume experience. Sales experience is helpful, but not required—we will teach you the business if you bring the ambition.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (completed or graduating soon), or equivalent professional experience.

• Mindset: Highly self-motivated, competitive, resilient to rejection, and driven by an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Skills: Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities.

• Logistics: Reliable transportation and willingness to spend the majority of the workday meeting local businesses in person.

• Preparation: A realistic financial plan supporting you while building your client base during your initial months.

What You’ll Receive (Benefits & Growth)

• Uncapped Upfront & Monthly Residual Pay: Generous production earnings with potential for long-term/lifetime residual coverage upon qualification (a powerful alternative to a standard 401k).

• Training & Coaching: Comprehensive onboarding, professional sales training, ongoing 1-on-1 mentorship, and full marketing resources.

• Flexibility & Autonomy: Total freedom to build and manage your own sales territory on your own schedule.

• Health Perks: All team members receive access to unlimited virtual doctor visits and discounted prescription coverage.

• Fast-Track Merit Advancement: Merit-based leadership pathways into Senior Solutions Consultant, Team Leader, Sales Director, Regional Leadership, and Vice President roles.

Overview of Hiring Process

We evaluate potential quickly and directly:

1. Initial Phone Call Interview: A quick conversation to discuss your background, communication style, career goals, and answer initial questions about the role structure.

2. Final Interview: A detailed discussion focusing on Paybility's solutions, real-world field scenarios, and territory potential.

3. Offer and Onboarding: Receive your official offer and gain immediate access to our training modules, sales assets, and leadership network.
