BUILD YOUR CAREER. BUILD YOUR INCOME. BUILD YOUR FUTURE.

Roofing Sales Representative | W-2 | Paid Training | Uncapped Commission

Are you competitive, motivated, and ready for a career where your effort directly impacts your income?

Do you want more than a traditional 9-to-5 job — a career where you can build your own book of business, develop valuable skills, and create unlimited earning potential?

If you're driven, coachable, and willing to put in the work, we want to meet you.

We're looking for ambitious individuals to join our growing team as Roofing Sales Representatives.

NO ROOFING EXPERIENCE? NO PROBLEM.

You don't need years of roofing or sales experience to succeed here.

We provide 90 days of paid training, hands-on field coaching, mentorship, and the tools you need to learn the business and become confident in the field.

We will teach you the roofing industry, sales process, customer communication, estimating, storm restoration, and everything you need to build a successful career.

Your experience matters — but your work ethic matters more.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Roofing Sales Representative, you'll become the primary point of contact for your customers — from the first conversation all the way through project completion.

You'll have the independence to build your own business while having an experienced team supporting you every step of the way.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship building
• Meet with homeowners and inspect properties
• Identify potential roofing and storm-related damage
• Educate homeowners about their roofing and insurance-restoration options
• Prepare estimates and present customized solutions
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Guide customers through the entire project process
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure projects stay on track
• Maintain consistent communication with homeowners
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Build and manage your personal sales pipeline
• Consistently work toward and exceed sales goals

You sell the project. We help you deliver it.

WHO THRIVES IN THIS ROLE?

You don't need to be a perfect salesperson.

You need to be someone who is willing to learn, work, and improve every day.

We're looking for people who are:

• Hungry and self-motivated
• Competitive and goal-oriented
• Disciplined and consistent
• Comfortable talking to new people
• Confident building relationships
• Comfortable working independently
• Organized and able to manage multiple customers
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Motivated by performance and results
• Excited by the opportunity to earn more
• Looking for a long-term career — not just another job

SALES EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS — NOT A REQUIREMENT.

We can teach you roofing.

We can teach you our sales process.

What we can't teach is work ethic, ambition, and the desire to succeed.

If you bring those qualities, we'll help you develop the rest.

WHAT YOU'LL GET

💰 UNCAPPED EARNING POTENTIAL

Your income isn't limited by an hourly wage or a fixed salary.

After training, you'll earn a 25% uncapped commission structure.

Motivated representatives have the opportunity to earn $100,000–$150,000+ in their first year, with the potential to earn significantly more as they build their pipeline and customer base.

There is no commission ceiling.

The more you sell, the more you can earn.

🎓 90 DAYS OF PAID TRAINING

Get paid while you learn the business.

You'll receive structured training, hands-on field experience, coaching, and mentorship designed to help you build the skills necessary to succeed.

🤝 SUPPORT FROM AN EXPERIENCED TEAM

You won't be thrown into the field and left on your own.

You'll have support from experienced leadership, sales professionals, and production teams throughout the entire process.

📈 CAREER GROWTH

This isn't designed to be a short-term sales job.

As you prove yourself and develop your skills, you'll have opportunities to grow within the company and take on greater responsibility.

🏠 BUILD YOUR OWN BOOK OF BUSINESS

Every customer relationship you develop is an opportunity to build your reputation, your network, and your future.

You aren't simply clocking in and out.

You're building something.

WHY ROOFING SALES?

Roofing is a high-value industry with constant demand.

Homeowners will always need roofs repaired and replaced.

Storms happen. Roofs age. Properties need maintenance.

That creates an opportunity for motivated sales professionals who know how to build relationships and provide real solutions.

You don't need a college degree.

You don't need years of experience.

You need drive, consistency, and the willingness to work.

THIS CAREER ISN'T FOR EVERYONE.

We're not looking for someone who wants to sit behind a desk waiting for opportunities to come to them.

We're looking for people who are willing to create their own opportunities.

If you're looking for an easy job, this probably isn't it.

But if you're willing to work, learn, knock on doors, make calls, build relationships, follow up with customers, and hold yourself accountable...

The opportunity is here.

YOUR EFFORT. YOUR RESULTS. YOUR INCOME.

Imagine starting your day knowing that your income isn't capped by an hourly rate.

Imagine building a customer base that grows because of the relationships you create.

Imagine developing sales skills that can increase your earning power for years to come.

That's what this opportunity is about.

Work hard. Stay consistent. Take ownership. Get rewarded.

If you're ready to stop looking for just another job and start building a career, we'd love to meet you.
