Workday HCM Technical Analyst

Are you a Workday expert who enjoys solving complex business challenges, designing

innovative solutions, and making a real impact on the employee experience? We're

looking for a highly skilled Workday HCM Technical Analyst to serve as a key

technology partner to our Human Resources organization.

In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for Workday, driving the configuration,

solving business challenges through creative system configuration.

paced environment, and enjoy partnering with stakeholders to deliver meaningful

business outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.

• Reporting and Analytics Expert: Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards in Workday to provide insights into HR metrics and support data-driven decision-making.

• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides to facilitate knowledge sharing and training.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal security policies, monitoring access and permissions within the Workday system.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience as a Workday HCM Technical Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of Workday HCM modules, functionalities, interfaces, security, configurations and reporting.
