- Build observability for VMware infrastructure including performance, capacity, and compliance.
- Lead VMware upgrades, lifecycle management cycles, and security patching across the virtualization estate, planning carefully sequenced rollouts that minimize disruption to dependent workloads.
- Troubleshoot complex VMware issues spanning compute, network, and storage layers.
- Stay current with VMware product evolution following the Broadcom transition.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Five or more years of hands-on VMware platform engineering experience.

- Experience with NSX-T or NSX-V networking.
- Strong PowerCLI scripting skills and experience with automation tooling.
- Familiarity with Tanzu Kubernetes Grid or VMware container platforms.
- Strong understanding of disaster recovery patterns and SRM.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across compute, network, and storage layers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
