A technical sales role in France where you demo and implement 3D factory-simulation software for manufacturers, robotics integrators, and machine builders, focusing on production-line design and virtual commissioning.
Visual Components is a key technology partner to many of the world’s most ambitious manufacturers, system integrators, and machine builders. Our mission is to help them design, optimise, and deliver production systems faster, more efficiently, and with less risk in an industry evolving at an unprecedented pace.
Our software enables the design, testing, and optimisation of production lines with a level of speed and accuracy that is difficult to match, covering factory simulation, virtual commissioning, and offline programming.
Manufacturers using Visual Components significantly reduce both time and risk in critical investment decisions. System integrators gain a clear competitive advantage by designing and delivering better systems, faster, and with stronger visualisation to support their sales process.
As part of the KUKA Group, one of the world’s leading industrial robotics companies, we operate at a scale and level of impact that few in the industry can match.
We are trusted by over 2,400 organisations globally and contribute to advancing industrial automation through partnerships with leading academic and research institutions.
Headquartered in Espoo, Finland, with offices in Germany, the United States, and Japan. We are looking for a commercially minded Technical Sales Engineer to support the growth of Visual Components in France.
This role combines technical sales, customer success, and application expertise, helping customers succeed throughout their journey from initial evaluation to building competence and technical capability.
You will work closely with Visual Components sales teams, KUKA sales teams, and customers to demonstrate how our software can solve real manufacturing and automation challenges.
You will support both new customer acquisition and the development of existing accounts. A key part of the role will be helping customers adopt Visual Components successfully, identify additional use cases and expand their use of our solutions.
You will be based in France and will focus mainly on the French market, while collaborating with the wider Visual Components Simulation Experts team.
Ideal Candidate Will Have
You will work closely with the Visual Components European sales organisation, the KUKA sales organisation, and the global Simulation Experts team.
The role combines strong local market ownership with access to an international community of simulation, automation and manufacturing experts.
We will begin interviews as applications are received and may make an appointment once we identify the right candidate.
