What will I be doing?
Kaluza’s Technical Analysts are an important member of our Implementation teams. It’s a critical hybrid role that bridges the gap between the customer's business needs and the company's technical product. They act as a consultant and technical expert during the customer onboarding and implementation phase, ensuring that Kaluza’s SaaS platform is configured and deployed successfully to meet the client's specific energy-related challenges.
This role requires a unique combination of technical expertise, data analysis, problem solving skills, and a solid understanding of the energy industry.
As a Technical Analyst, you are the critical link between our clients' ambitions and Kaluza's cutting-edge SaaS platform. This is a hands-on, hybrid role where you'll act as both a technical consultant and a subject matter expert, guiding our enterprise clients through the entire implementation lifecycle. You won't just be configuring software; you'll be solving complex business problems and enabling the energy transition.
Your role will focus on taking a new client from the initial sale to a fully operational system. This includes:

We understand some people may not apply for jobs unless they tick every box. But if you're excited about joining us and think you have some of what we're looking for, even if you're not 100% sure, we'd still love to hear from you.
