MTP Services is seeking multiple experienced Systems Analysts to join a major Federal Government digital transformation program, supporting the design and delivery of complex, cloud-based enterprise applications.

About the Role Working across Agile development and detailed solution design teams, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery, ensuring solutions are scalable, practical and aligned with enterprise architecture.
You will work closely with developers, architects, business stakeholders and delivery teams to analyse complex systems, define functional requirements and support the delivery of cloud-native applications.
Key Responsibilities: - Analyse complex business and technical requirements, translating them into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Conduct system impact assessments across applications, APIs, integrations, databases and data flows.
- Develop current-state and future-state process models, solution designs and business rules.
- Work closely with technical teams to define system functionality, interfaces and integration requirements.
- Support the design and delivery of cloud-native applications within enterprise technology environments.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum delivery teams throughout discovery, design, development, testing and implementation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and team capability development.
Skills & Experience Required - Demonstrated experience as a Systems Analyst, Technical Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of system integration, REST APIs, application interfaces and data flows.
- Experience producing detailed functional specifications, technical requirements, user stories and system documentation.
- Ability to analyse complex application architectures, databases and integration dependencies.
- Experience working on cloud-based applications, ideally within AWS, Azure or Google Cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum or SAFe.
- Experience supporting end-to-end systems delivery, from requirements gathering through to production release.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
Highly Desirable: - Experience working with AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/Fargate, Aurora, EventBridge, EC2 or Kinesis.
- Experience supporting cloud-native application development and complex enterprise integrations.
- Previous experience delivering large-scale government or enterprise digital transformation projects.
