- Define success measures and benefits to demonstrate the value of new solutions
- Support testing, UAT and operational readiness ahead of go-live
You’ll work closely with digital, data, architecture, information governance, cyber security and operational teams, acting as the bridge between business requirements and technical delivery.
What we’re looking for - Strong Business Analysis experience within complex digital or transformation programmes
- Previous experience within local government, central government, the NHS or another public sector environment
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and service improvement experience
- Experience working across the full project lifecycle, from discovery through to implementation
- Exposure to AI, automation, data, digital platforms or other emerging technologies
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including working with senior and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience developing business cases, options appraisals and benefits measures

- Experience working within Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments
Experience with Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, machine learning, Power Platform, Power Automate or Azure AI would be particularly beneficial.
The ideal candidate will be analytical, pragmatic and comfortable challenging existing ways of working. You’ll be able to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language and understand both the opportunities and limitations of AI.
