About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Analyst to join our NSW SAP Transformation Program and play a key role in the implementation and transition of our enterprise HR systems landscape.
Working closely with the Manager - HR Systems, Project Team, People & Culture, Payroll, IT, business stakeholders and external vendors, you will support the delivery of SAP SuccessFactors solutions with a strong focus on Employee Central, testing, data migration, system integration and implementation activities.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a large-scale enterprise transformation project while developing your expertise across SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), UKG and associated integrations.
This role is based in our Sydney CBD office and is offered as a 12-month contract.
What You'll Do
Support the delivery of SAP SuccessFactors solutions as part of the NSW SAP Transformation Program.
Gather, validate and analyse business and system requirements across HR and workforce management processes.
Support data migration activities, including data cleansing, validation, reconciliation and readiness assessments.
Execute and support testing activities including SIT, UAT and regression testing.
Identify, investigate and support resolution of defects and system issues.
Work across SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), UKG and integration touchpoints to understand dependencies and business impacts.
Support cutover planning, deployment readiness and transition to business-as-usual support.
Partner with P&C, Payroll, IT, external vendors and business stakeholders to validate solutions and ensure successful delivery.
Maintain a strong focus on data quality, process integrity and downstream payroll impacts.
Contribute to project documentation, reporting, issue management and project governance activities.
Support hypercare and stabilisation activities following implementation.
About You
You are a hands-on SAP SuccessFactors professional who enjoys working in a collaborative project environment and has experience supporting testing, data migration and implementation activities.
You understand how HR master data flows across integrated systems and appreciate the critical relationship between HR, payroll and workforce management processes.
Essential
Minimum 2 years' hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience.
Experience working with SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Experience supporting system testing activities including SIT, UAT and regression testing.
Exposure to data migration, data validation, reconciliation and data quality activities.
Strong understanding of HR master data and its impact on payroll, reporting and downstream systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills.
Excellent documentation and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Highly Regarded
Exposure to Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
Experience working with UKG, Workforce Management, Time & Attendance or Rostering solutions.
Experience supporting HR system implementations or transformation programs.
Experience working in mining, resources, utilities or other complex operational workforce environments.
Exposure to system integrations and interface testing.
