As IT Analyst III, the person develops, codes, tests, debugs, documents, and maintains software applications, and performs systems analysis and design to deliver software solutions for the organization. Requires a substantial IT background (5-12 years depending on education) plus basic Microsoft Office and PC skills.
Skills Required: High school diploma or GED and a minimum twelve (12) years' IT experience, OR Associate's degree and a minimum eight (8) years' IT experience, OR Bachelor's degree in IT-related field and a minimum five (5) years' IT experience Job Description As IT Analyst III, you will deliver software solutions and maintain existing applications in order to optimize organizational functioning. A focus on efficiency, the ability to solve sophisticated problems, and technical acuity are keys to success! Responsibilities/Expectations
- Provides application software development services or technical support
- Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications
- Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications
- Analyzes requirements and maintains, tests and integrates application components in a timely, cost-effective manner
- Provides systems analysis, design and development, including requirements, design, construction, testing and implementation
- Works with the defined business and technical requirements to provide software solutions for implementation into the current environment
- Other duties as assigned
