About the role
Core Technical Skills
At least 8 years of experience in software testing in a lead capacity.
Proficiency in using JIRA, Confluence, Zephyr, or similar test management tools.
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
QE experience in Salesforce and Genesys platforms.
Experience testing cloud hosted applications.
Knowledge or experience in insurance or finance domains.
MUST HAVE: Salesforce and Genesys
Desirable Skills
Experience working with AI.
Ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright
Ability to setup and run regression suites via Azure Devops CI/CD pipelines
Cross Browser & Mobile testing experience
