Sr. Digital Product Manager, Catalysts
What you will do
The Senior Digital Product Manager, Catalysts will embed with individual product teams to help accelerate Amgen’s adoption of the Digital Product Operating Model (DPOM), strengthen the product management capability, and help teams shift from output to outcome mindsets. This role will primarily embed at the individual product level, though may support multiple product teams when needed. The Senior Digital Product Manager, Catalysts will apply product judgment within each engagement, independently diagnosing product challenges, shaping recommendations and directly leading product work where needed, while developing the assigned DPM’s capability to sustain that ownership over time and helping the broader cross-functional team adopt DPOM practices.
The Senior Digital Product Manager, Catalysts will help DPMs and cross-functional teams clarify business and user problems, define measurable outcomes, strengthen product strategy, improve roadmaps, establish OKRs and KPIs, support discovery, improve prioritization, and connect delivery work to measurable value. This role will also capture learnings from embedded engagements and contribute insights back to the Product Management Hub to improve DPOM playbooks, tools, standards and enterprise adoption approaches.
