This position is created to build and run that data backbone for
Operations. The Senior Data Analyst will consolidate, clean, analyse, and
visualise data across all Operations verticals and schemes, converting
scattered, siloed information into clear, reliable, decision-ready dashboards
and reports for the VP and vertical heads. The role requires strong hands-on
capability across Python, MySQL, and Power BI, combined with the judgment to
identify what the data is actually indicating — including risks, anomalies, and
performance gaps — well before they surface as external issues or escalations.
