• Lead Technical Onboarding: Serve as the initial technical contact for strategic partners. Guide their engineering teams through the end-to-end integration and configuration of Melio's embedded solution (APIs/SDKs), ensuring a smooth and rapid time-to-market.
• Troubleshooting & Resolution: Act as the first point of technical escalation during the pre- and post-launch phases. Rapidly diagnose, reproduce, and resolve initial integration hurdles, complex technical setup issues, and API usage errors or escalate to relevant engineering teams.
• Engineering Liaison & Advocacy: Bridge the gap between the partner’s technical team and Melio’s internal Engineering and Product teams. Conduct clear, concise communication, document partner requirements, and initiate internal escalation of complex issues that require code fixes, deep investigation, or significant product enhancements.
