- Guide partners through the setup and adoption of Yelp's Leads API, Ads API, Conversions API (CAPI), Reporting API, and Data Ingestion API, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.

- Monitor partner integration health using SQL and internal dashboards, identifying adoption gaps, traffic anomalies, and performance issues proactively.
- Collaborate with GTM leadership to identify technical opportunities, remove blockers, and accelerate API adoption across the partner ecosystem.

- Hands-on experience supporting API integrations, with a strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, API authentication patterns, rate limiting, webhooks, and common integration challenges.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively across sales, product and engineering teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple partner integrations simultaneously — from large enterprise accounts with dedicated engineering teams to emerging partners with limited technical resources.
- Comfortable building processes from scratch - our team is still formalizing integration playbooks, tooling, and self-serve workflows, and you'll be shaping them.
