We follow Agile/Scrum practices with two-week sprints, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using the .NET platform.
- Build scalable backend services and APIs for cloud-based email and Microsoft 365 solutions.
- Participate in the modernization of existing applications and migration toward modern architectures.
- Collaborate with Product Management, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality software.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards and engineering practices.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, development frameworks, and AI-assisted software engineering practices.
