Leads end-to-end delivery of building and capital works projects for a local government council, managing time, cost, quality and compliance from concept through to handover, with a focus on complex projects such as large sporting pavilions. Core strengths needed: project delivery, contract/legislative knowledge and stakeholder management.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of a diverse portfolio of building projects, from initial concept through to handover. In this role, you will manage time, cost, quality and compliance outcomes while building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will bring proven experience delivering complex capital works, particularly large sporting pavilion projects on a complex site with strong knowledge of contract and legislative requirements, and a collaborative approach to project delivery.
