Contract Senior Project Coordinator / PMO Analyst supporting enterprise-level project delivery and governance for an Australian infrastructure services organisation — coordinating stakeholders and vendors, managing scope, schedule, risk and reporting, and facilitating UAT and business readiness. Key tools include SAP, automation/AI tooling, and Waterfall/Agile/hybrid methods.
Our Client, an established Australian infrastructure services organisation, is looking for a Senior / Experienced Project Coordinator / PMO Analyst to join them on a day rate contract.
You will be:
- Supporting enterprise-level project delivery and governance
- Coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders and vendors
- Ensuring project scope, schedule, and risk are effectively managed
- Driving stakeholder engagement and reporting accuracy
- Facilitating coordination of testing and business readiness
- Contributing to project success through disciplined delivery oversight
Work rights: The preferred candidate must have legal work rights within Australia.
Open to candidates with:
- Extensive project coordination or PMO experience within enterprise environments
- Familiarity with SAP and process automation or AI tools
- Experience in coordinating UAT activities and managing project dependencies
- Knowledge of risk, issue, and financial management
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to adapt to dynamic delivery methodologies (predominantly Waterfall, hybrid, or Agile)
