Senior Product Manager owning the direction of Merge for Workforce, which governs AI agent access to tools (Agent Handler) and model usage (Gateway). Day to day: research IT/AI leaders and end users, set the roadmap, spec and ship features with engineering/design around access, permissions, security, and model routing, and support early customer deals.
Merge is the leading provider of agentic tools and customer-facing integrations for frontier LLMs, Fortune 500 organizations, and B2B SaaS companies. Our platform offers three core products: Merge Unified, which enables businesses to add hundreds of integrations to their products with a single API, Merge Agent Handler, which empowers AI agents with secure access to thousands of third-party tools, and Merge Gateway, the control plane for running AI in production. Merge's enterprise-grade platform handles the entire integration lifecycle, from authentication and security to monitoring and maintenance. Thousands of companies trust Merge to accelerate product development, unblock sales, reduce customer churn, and save engineering resources—allowing them to focus on their core product.
Merge for Workforce gives companies control over how employees use AI. We need a Senior Product Manager who will treat this product like their own business: understand what a CIO will buy, build something employees will choose to use, and drive it from customer conversation to shipped product.
What will you be doing?
Own the direction of Merge for Workforce. Decide what to build, what to cut, and why.
Get close to buyers and employees. Learn what blocks a purchase and what would make the product indispensable.
Work in the details with engineering and design. Write clear specs, test the product, and push decisions through.
Join customer calls, study competitors, and keep the team moving as the market changes.
What you bring
You live in AI. You use the products, follow the people building them, and can name something you learned recently that changed your view.
You act without waiting. You see a gap, form a view, pull people together, and get something done.
You care about the work. You can point to something you pursued far beyond what was asked because you believed it needed to be better.
You have taste and technical depth. You can spot a weak experience, work through the tradeoffs with engineers, and make a clear call.
