Senior .Net Developer | $160k + Benefits

Salary: $150,000 – $160,000 per year

Build intelligent software. Solve complex problems. Shape what's next.

Our client is a well-established, product-led technology company with a significant international customer base. Their cloud platform supports organisations across multiple markets, and with continued investment in product innovation and Artificial Intelligence, they're looking for an experienced Senior .NET Developer to help shape the next chapter of their engineering journey.

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team building modern, cloud-native software where quality, scalability and continuous improvement are central to everything they do.

The Opportunity

You'll be part of an engineering team responsible for designing, building and evolving software that operates at scale. Working alongside experienced developers, architects and product specialists, you'll help deliver robust solutions while contributing to the technical direction of the platform.

Artificial Intelligence is becoming an integral part of both the products they build and the way they build them. From AI-assisted development and intelligent automation through to customer-facing capabilities, the business is embracing modern engineering practices that enable teams to move faster, make better decisions and deliver greater value.

This is an environment where curiosity, innovation and pragmatic problem-solving are encouraged.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and developing modern applications using C# and .NET

• Building scalable APIs and cloud-native services

• Developing secure, resilient and maintainable software

• Working across the full software development lifecycle

• Collaborating with Product, Design and Engineering teams to solve complex business challenges

• Contributing to architectural decisions and continuous platform improvement

• Leveraging AI-assisted engineering tools to improve productivity, testing and code quality

• Identifying opportunities to incorporate intelligent capabilities into products and internal platforms

• Mentoring developers and contributing to a culture of technical excellence

About You

You'll be an experienced software engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges while continuously improving the way software is built.

You'll ideally bring:

• Strong commercial experience developing with C# and .NET

• Experience building modern cloud-native applications

• Azure experience, or equivalent public cloud experience

• REST APIs, microservices and distributed systems

• SQL and modern data technologies

• CI/CD and DevOps practices

• Strong software design and architecture skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• A passion for quality software and continuous learning

Experience with containerisation, Kubernetes, event-driven architectures or AI services would be advantageous, but just as important is a genuine curiosity about emerging technologies and a desire to keep evolving as an engineer.

What's On Offer

• A product-focused engineering environment solving meaningful technical challenges

• Modern cloud-native technology stack

• Practical adoption of AI across software development and product innovation

• Flexible hybrid working

• Supportive, collaborative engineering culture

• Opportunities to influence architecture and technical direction

• Ongoing professional development and learning

• Competitive salary and comprehensive employee benefits

If you're looking for a role where you can work with talented engineers, build modern software and help shape the future of AI-enabled applications, we'd love to hear from you.
