Build software that makes wealth management simpler for thousands of Australians

We’re lucky to be part of a progressive, modern fintech that genuinely invests in tools that lift productivity, reduce friction, and help great engineers do great work.

At Netwealth, we're creating technology that helps advisers and investors make smarter financial decisions. Our engineers don't just deliver features. They own outcomes, shape solutions, and have a genuine influence on the products they build. Ownership, quality and customer value sit at the centre of how we work.

We're looking for Senior Software Engineers to join a collaborative, cross-functional squad of Engineers, Product Owners and Software Engineers in Test. You'll work on meaningful challenges, contribute to technical direction, and help build products that customers rely on every day.

How we work

Our Technology Operating Model is built around a simple idea: you build it, you run it. Engineers have ownership of what they create, the authority to make decisions, and accountability for customer outcomes. Quality isn't something checked at the end. It's built in from the start and owned by everyone.

We're investing heavily in engineering excellence, AI-enabled ways of working, modern platforms, and clear technical career pathways where growth through craft is valued as highly as leadership

If you're excited by building high-quality software, helping others grow, and working in an environment where engineers are trusted to make an impact, we'd love to hear from you.
