Are you ready to shape the future of HR technology across one of the world's most dynamic fulfillment networks?
At Amazon, we strive to be Earth's Best Employer and the PXT PMO (People Experience and Technology Program Management Office) is where that ambition comes to life. We deliver world class experiences for our HR teams and employees across Australia (AU), Singapore (SG), and China (CN) Operations by raising the bar on employee experience, driving efficient and effective processes, enabling data driven decision making, and relentlessly challenging the status quo across the entire employee lifecycle.
We're looking for an HR Program Manager with a proven delivery record to own and execute strategic, cross functional projects across our AU, SG, and CN networks. You'll be the connective tissue between site level pain points and central technology teams, translating operational problems into product requirements and driving them all the way to deployment. You'll champion AI adoption across site HR teams, drive digital first enablement for new site launches, and communicate regularly with senior leadership up to VP level.
If you're an innovative, analytical leader who thrives at the intersection of HR, technology, and operations and you're energised by solving complex problems with simple, practical solutions - this is your role.
This role will be based 5 days a week on site at our Sydney CBD office or nearest Amazon Fulfillment Centre.
