Hands-on technical lead role (~70% coding/architecture, 30% leadership) building cloud-native applications with Node.js, React 18+, TypeScript, AWS and PostgreSQL, while mentoring onshore and offshore developers and driving engineering standards. Hybrid position requiring 2–3 days per week onsite in the Midlands.

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead with strong Node.js and React expertise to join a growing technology business delivering modern, cloud-native software solutions.
This is a hands‑on leadership role – approximately 70% coding/architecture and 30% leading an onshore and offshore development team.
You’ll have strong commercial experience with:
Terraform, Kubernetes, Redis or microservices experience would be advantageous.
This role suits a strong developer who wants to lead from the front while remaining hands‑on. You’ll influence architecture and technical direction while helping build a high‑performing development team.
Due to the collaborative nature of the role, you’ll need to work 2–3 days per week onsite in the Midlands
