ATTRIBUTES:

You move without being pushed - You don't wait for permission or perfect information—when you see a gap, you step toward it, and when the path is unclear, you communicate, start anyway and course-correct.

You have a learner's metabolism - You absorb new information quickly and apply it immediately—you read the tool, the situation, the codebase, and adapt before most people notice things have changed.

You think in outcomes, not activity - You're oriented toward what gets done, not how hard you worked—you can articulate the difference between being busy and being useful, and you hold yourself to the latter.

You're not threatened by AI. You're impatient without it - You see AI as leverage, not competition—you've already found ways to use it in your work because you want to move faster and think bigger than your hours allow.
