Senior Full Stack AI Engineer

This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Please note that as this role supports U.S.-based clients, candidates must be available to work during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone.

The Senior Full Stack AI Engineer will take ownership of an advanced internal CRM and continue building the systems that support the company’s sales organization.

The immediate focus will be completing and stabilizing the existing CRM, which already includes calling, texting, real-time functionality, and AI-enabled features. The Senior Full Stack AI Engineer will audit the existing codebase, identify remaining work, address gaps and risks, and bring the platform to a reliable, production-ready state.

This is a hands-on full-stack engineering role, not a no-code automation position. The engineer must be able to independently work within an existing codebase, make technical decisions, and own work from start to finish.
