Senior Full Stack Engineer

About Supplios

Supplios is a SaaS platform helping some of the world's largest manufacturing companies digitize supplier management, procurement, and operational workflows. Our customers operate globally and rely on Supplios to streamline complex processes across suppliers, factories, and business units.

We have built strong traction with enterprise manufacturers across Europe and North America and continue to grow through a modern, product-led approach. Unlike traditional enterprise software vendors, we are a lean, founder-led company that moves fast, works closely with customers, and continuously evolves our platform based on real-world needs.

As we continue scaling our platform and customer base, we're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who wants to take ownership of a complex enterprise product and play a central role in shaping both our technology and our future.

The role is based at our headquarters in Copenhagen and offers significant autonomy, responsibility, and influence on both technical and product decisions.

The Role

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will own large parts of our product and help shape the technical foundation that supports global manufacturing companies every day.

Rather than simply implementing tickets, you'll work closely with founders and customers to solve complex business problems, translate product ideas into scalable software, and continuously improve our platform.

You'll be part of a small engineering team where everyone contributes across architecture, product decisions, customer feedback, and implementation.

You will also play an important role in bringing AI-first capabilities into the Supplios platform, helping us explore and build new ways for manufacturers to automate complex workflows and work more intelligently with their supplier data.

Your role is to help build a platform that delivers:

• Scalable enterprise software used by global manufacturers.

• High-quality user experiences across complex workflows.

• Modern, maintainable architecture that supports long-term growth.

• AI-powered capabilities that create meaningful value for users.

• Fast product development without compromising quality.

This is a hands-on engineering role with significant ownership.

Success is measured by product quality, customer impact, technical excellence, and your ability to solve meaningful problems.

What You Will Do

Product engineering

• Design, build, and maintain core product functionality across both frontend and backend.

• Take ownership of major product areas from idea to deployment.

• Work closely with founders and customers to transform business needs into elegant technical solutions.

• Continuously improve usability, performance, and scalability.

• Help identify where AI can create meaningful improvements to existing workflows and product capabilities.

AI enabled

• Build and integrate new AI features directly into the core Supplios platform.

• Explore and implement AI-first approaches to automation, workflows, and user experiences.

• Work with modern AI models, agent frameworks, and tooling to turn emerging capabilities into useful product features.

• Evaluate where AI can simplify complex manufacturing and supplier-management processes.

• Balance experimentation with production-quality engineering and measurable customer value.

Architecture & Engineering Excellence

• Design scalable solutions that support enterprise customers operating globally.

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

• Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term technical direction.

• Balance speed with technical quality and sustainability.

• Help ensure the platform can evolve as both the product and customer base become more complex.

Customer-Driven Development

• Work directly with customer feedback to solve real operational challenges.

• Understand complex manufacturing workflows and translate them into intuitive software.

• Participate in product discussions and help prioritize technical initiatives based on customer value.

• Challenge requirements where appropriate and identify better technical or product solutions.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Collaborate closely with founders, designers, and fellow engineers.

• Help improve development practices, testing, deployment, and engineering workflows.

• Contribute to a culture of ownership, learning, and continuous improvement.

• Mentor teammates and raise the technical bar across the engineering team.

Who You Are

You enjoy solving difficult technical problems while staying close to the product and the customers. You thrive in environments where ownership is high, bureaucracy is low, and your decisions have immediate impact.

You bring:

• Several years of experience building modern SaaS applications as a Full Stack Engineer.

• Strong experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Experience building scalable web applications and complex enterprise software.

• A solid understanding of modern software architecture and cloud-native development.

• The ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code.

• A pragmatic mindset that balances technical quality with business priorities.

• Experience working closely with product teams and translating customer needs into software.

• A strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently in a lean engineering team.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Django and Vue.js or React.

• Experience building multi-tenant SaaS platforms.

• Familiarity with Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, event-driven architecture, or finite state machines.

• Interest and experience in building AI-first products, including experience with modern agent frameworks, harnesses, and AI-related tooling.

• Experience integrating LLMs or AI capabilities into production software.

• Experience working in startup or scale-up environments.

• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and modern deployment pipelines.

Why Join Us?

• Own the product: Take responsibility for critical parts of a complex enterprise platform.

• Build software that matters: Your work is used daily by some of the world's largest manufacturers.

• Build with AI: Help shape how AI can transform workflows in a real-world enterprise product.

• Work directly with founders: Influence product strategy, architecture, and technical direction.

• Move fast: Join a lean, highly collaborative engineering team where decisions become production quickly.

• Grow with the company: Help shape both the platform and the engineering organization as we continue scaling internationally.

What We Want to Be Very Clear About

• This is a highly hands-on engineering role.

• You will have significant ownership from day one.

• This is not a role where requirements are simply handed to you—you'll help define the solution.

• We expect you to be curious about new technologies and willing to explore how AI can create real product value.

• We value pragmatic engineers who ship great products over perfectionists who never launch.

• Success is measured by the value you create for customers, the quality of the product, and the impact you have on the business.

Ready to build software that powers global manufacturing?

The recruitment process consists of:

• An introductory conversation with our recruiter to understand your background and ambitions.

• A meeting with our founders to discuss technical ownership, product thinking, and collaboration.

• A technical interview, including a practical discussion around architecture, engineering decisions, AI opportunities, and solving real product challenges.

We look forward to receiving your application and learning more about you.
