Senior Business Systems Analyst - JD Edwards Financials

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with expertise in JD Edwards Financials to join our team in Danboro, PA. In this role, you will manage and optimize our JD Edwards ERP environment, collaborating with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to enhance processes and deliver effective business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and business stakeholders to identify needs, define requirements, and translate business challenges into effective JD Edwards solutions.
• Serve as a trusted JD Edwards Finance subject matter expert, with a strong understanding of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, reporting, and related financial processes.
• Analyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement to drive efficiency and align technology with strategic business objectives.
• Own solutions and influence process improvements, ensuring that technology effectively supports the business.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience with JD Edwards E1 Financials, including relevant modules.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen understanding of business strategy.
• Ability to configure JD Edwards, manage integrations, and familiarity with JD Edwards development tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Additional JD Edwards E1 modules expertise.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Target salary range of $110,000 - $140,000, with a potential for a higher salary for exceptional candidates.
• 15% target bonus.
