Senior Business Analyst for a 6-month contract to lead business analysis and process mapping for a large-scale enterprise system transformation in a complex organizational environment.

This is a large and complex organisation embarking on an exciting period of change and transformation.
A significant new enterprise system is being introduced across the business, creating an opportunity for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join the programme and help translate business needs into practical, successful outcomes.
Why this role matters: This is more than a documentation-focused BA role. You’ll operate at the intersection of business, technology and change, helping ensure the new enterprise solution works for the people and processes that rely on it.
You’ll bring structure to complexity, uncover what the business really needs and help stakeholders navigate decisions throughout the implementation.
What you’ll lead & influence: - Lead business analysis activities across key areas of the programme
- Engage with stakeholders across multiple teams, functions and levels
- Facilitate workshops to understand requirements, challenges and opportunities
- Gather, analyse and translate complex business requirements
- Map current and future-state processes and identify gaps
- Support solution design and ensure business requirements are clearly understood
- Identify dependencies, risks and impacts across the organisation
- Work closely with project, technology, change and business teams
- Help drive decisions and maintain momentum in a complex programme environment
You’ll be a seasoned Senior Business Analyst who is comfortable working with ambiguity and complexity.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
- Strong experience delivering large-scale technology or enterprise system implementations
- Excellent requirements elicitation and business process analysis skills
- Confidence facilitating workshops and challenging thinking constructively
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability
- Experience navigating complex organisations with multiple stakeholder groups
- The ability to translate between business and technical audiences
- A pragmatic, delivery-focused approach and excellent communication skills
Above all, you’ll know how to get beneath the surface of a problem, ask the right questions and bring people together around a clear path forward.
