Benefits
WHY US? This is not a traditional engineering role.
You will help shape how Artificial Intelligence transforms an international consulting company. Working with modern AI technologies, you will solve real business problems, build production-ready solutions, and create measurable impact across the organization.
More importantly, this is a role where you can grow.
We believe talented people perform at their best when they are trusted with responsibility, encouraged to experiment, and empowered to make a real difference. From day one, you will have ownership of meaningful initiatives, the freedom to bring your own ideas to life, and the opportunity to influence how AI is adopted across our business.
We invest in people, not just projects. We actively support your technical and professional development, provide honest feedback, and encourage continuous learning. If you are ambitious, curious, and eager to grow, you will find an environment that challenges you, supports you, and helps you accelerate your career.
We value curiosity over knowing everything, initiative over waiting for instructions, collaboration over ego, and measurable business outcomes over technology for technology's sake.
If you enjoy turning innovative ideas into practical solutions, inspiring others to embrace AI, and helping shape the future way of working, we would love to meet you.
What Success Looks Like After your first year, you have successfully delivered multiple AI solutions that create measurable business value and are used across different parts of the organization.
Colleagues know you as someone who gets things done, openly shares knowledge, enjoys solving challenging problems, and inspires others to embrace AI.
You have become a trusted partner for both business and technology teams and are recognized as one of the key contributors driving our AI transformation.
