Make your Salesforce expertise count for something meaningful.
Are you a hands-on Salesforce Administrator who enjoys solving problems, improving systems and helping people get the most out of technology?
Join MS Plus and play a key role in supporting and continuously improving the Salesforce platform that helps us deliver services, support and opportunities to people living with MS and other neurological conditions.
This is a great opportunity for a Salesforce Administrator ready to broaden their experience across a complex Salesforce environment, including Lumary, NPSP, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, while receiving hands-on mentoring and progressively taking on greater ownership.
About the role
As our Salesforce Administrator, you'll be the primary day-to-day support resource for the MS Plus Salesforce environment.
You'll troubleshoot and resolve support requests, manage users and access, build reports and dashboards, deliver configuration changes and create and maintain Salesforce Flows. You'll also contribute to data quality, integrations, testing, documentation, user training and enhancement projects.
Approximately 70% of the role is focused on BAU support and continuous improvement, with the remaining 30% dedicated to enhancements and project work.
You'll work within an established framework, with the Application Solutions Manager owning architecture and complex design decisions while you progressively take on greater autonomy as your capability grows.
You'll also have the opportunity to use AI productivity and coding assistants to support triage, documentation, testing and problem solving—with appropriate human review and governance.
What you'll be doing
Providing day-to-day Salesforce support and managing tickets through to resolution.
Managing Salesforce users, licences, roles, profiles, permission sets and sharing.
Building reports, dashboards and list views for business stakeholders.
Configuring fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules and approval processes.
Building, testing and documenting Salesforce Flow automations.
Supporting the migration from legacy Workflow Rules and Process Builder to Flow.
Maintaining data quality and performing bulk data operations using tools such as Data Loader.
Supporting Salesforce integrations and applications including Lumary, SharePoint, Conga, DocuSign, Campaign Monitor, Form Assembly, Survey Monkey, Funraisin and other business platforms.
Supporting testing, releases, change management and documentation.
Supporting routine Salesforce security, access and privacy activities, including working with Information Security on relevant requirements.
Helping onboard and train users and turning recurring issues into self-service guidance.
Working collaboratively with the Application Solutions team and business stakeholders to deliver practical Salesforce solutions.
What you'll bring
You'll be a Salesforce Certified Administrator with typically 3+ years' hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including:
Strong experience with Salesforce BAU support and configuration.
Hands-on experience building, testing and documenting Salesforce Flows.
Experience managing users, permissions, roles and sharing settings.
Experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards and list views.
Working knowledge of Data Loader, Workbench or similar data tools and SOQL.
Strong problem-solving, organisation and prioritisation skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
A customer-focused approach and genuine willingness to learn and grow.
Salesforce certifications are desirable, with Salesforce Certified Administrator expected and additional certifications such as Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant or Nonprofit Cloud Consultant highly regarded.
Experience with Lumary, NPSP, not-for-profit environments, Salesforce DevOps tools, integrations, Apex/LWC or AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities will be highly regarded.
