Sales Engineer

About Kromax South Asia

Join a forward-thinking leader in providing innovative solutions across the semiconductor, healthcare &medical, and advanced technology sectors. At Kromax South Asia, we empower our clients with cutting-edge technology, industry-leading solutions, and unparalleled support. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an energetic and driven Sales Engineer to join our dynamic Singapore team.

About the Industry & What You'll Be Part Of

Singapore is one of Southeast Asia's leading business and innovation hubs, home to advanced manufacturing, healthcare, and several of the world's biggest semiconductor manufacturers, including major wafer fabrication plants that make it one of the world's key centres for chip production, and Kromax South Asia is proud to be the trusted partner supporting them. From semiconductor fabrication facilities and precision manufacturers to hospitals, medical specialists, and wellness organisations, our clients represent the full breadth of industries shaping the region's future.

As part of our Singapore-based team, you'll be joining a close-knit, cross-functional team with the backing of a regional organisation that spans Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia, and connected to a wider group network in Taiwan. That means real mentorship, shared knowledge across borders, and the kind of international exposure that accelerates your growth in ways that working in just one field simply can't offer.

Here, you'll work alongside colleagues who genuinely invest in each other's success, and clients who span multiple industries, from advanced manufacturing and medical devices to emerging health technology. Everyday looks a little different, and that's exactly what makes it exciting.

Your Focus: Semiconductor &Industrial

As a Sales Engineer in our Semiconductor & Industrial division, you'll do more than represent a product portfolio. You'll own the full client journey, from the very first conversation to long after the solution is live. That means understanding a client's operational environment, identifying the right solution, working through technical assessments, supporting integration, and staying close through after-sales service and support.

Our portfolio spans thermal management and process heating systems, AI-powered energy optimisation for industrial chiller and utility systems, process instrumentation and wet chemical analytics, commercial solar energy, and advanced industrial components for cleanroom and fabrication environments. Your clients will be engineers, facility managers, and procurement decision-makers at some of the most recognised names in the global semiconductor industry, including the manufacturers behind today's most advanced AI chips, and they'll come to rely on you as a trusted partner, not just a vendor.

Beyond Your Division

We are more than one team. Across our regional offices, dedicated divisions serve the Healthcare & Medical sector, partnering with hospitals, specialists, and medical institutions across the region, and an emerging Personal Health & Wellness Technology division working at the intersection of advanced bio-frequency technology and modern well being. As part of the wider Kromax family, you'll be connected to a diverse, growing organisation with ambitions that extend well beyond any single industry.
