Project Overview
The Enhancing HCC Digital Connectivity program is executing a multi-year strategy to modernize the Home and Community Care (HCC) digital ecosystem, reduce dependency on the CHRIS platform, and establish the technical foundations for a future-state home care platform. Current plans require rationalizing existing CHRIS functionality and progressively decomposing the platform's monolithic architecture into modular, interoperable services that can integrate with next-generation digital solutions.
