QA Lead

The Senior QA / SDET profile above, plus leadership. A player-coach — you write the framework's hardest code and own the quality function.

• 8+ years QA / SDET; has built a test-automation foundation from scratch for a fast-shipping product — you'll build ours before scaled module QA exists.

• Owns quality strategy across the 1-week cadence as surface area grows · the cross-service contract suite gating production

• Sets the automation patterns by shipping them; raises the QA engineers around you.

• Chaos/failure-injection mindset — kill a service, drop the bus, flap the network; prove the platform degrades gracefully.

• Keeps the respect of senior engineers through technical credibility; comfortable telling a tech lead their branch isn't ready — and delivering that fast, with data.

• Show-me mentality on committed timelines: quality visible in every Friday demo, never the bottleneck.
