• Support the development and execution of strategic business initiatives.
• Manage individual projects or a portfolio of up to 20 concurrent projects.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare, negotiate, and manage change orders and contract variations with customer representatives.
• Ensure project documentation, administration, and records are complete and maintained in accordance with company standards.
• Coach and support less experienced engineers and project team members.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives within project execution processes.
• Coordinate and schedule resources to meet project objectives and delivery commitments.

• Working knowledge of project management methodologies and standards such as PMI or IPMA.

The Preferred – You Might Also Have

• Additional qualifications in Business Administration, Operations Management, or Project Management.
• Experience in project financial management and budgeting.
• PMP, IPMA, or equivalent Project Management certification.
• Industry experience in Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, or Automotive sectors.
