Project / Delivery Manager

Project / Delivery Manager Role
Perth CBD · Full time · Hybrid

Help WA's largest organisations get the most from their digital products

Home to some of Australia’s brightest digital talent, equ helps organisations navigate the unknown, empowering them to reach further and think bigger. We thrive on operational excellence, strong client partnerships, and a collaborative team culture. We're looking for a highly organised and client-focused Project / Delivery manager to join our team.

Why this role is worth a look:

• You own the work, not just the admin. You'll run retainer roadmaps across a portfolio of clients, the ongoing enhancement work that keeps their websites and apps getting better month after month. Steady, high-trust delivery rather than constant project firefighting.

• You're the person clients trust. Reporting to the Delivery Lead, you'll be the delivery contact clients actually want to hear from, and the link that keeps Strategy, Design, Development and Digital Marketing pulling in the same direction.

• A flat team where your input matters. First week or twentieth year, everyone here gets a say and the room to drive change.

• Growth and reward. Tailored development and growth plans, plus a yearly bonus incentive program.

• Sensible flexibility. A genuine hybrid model with some time in the office each week, because we think the team works better together.

What you'll own day to day

• Running delivery across a portfolio of retained clients, working with Account Directors to scope, plan and drive enhancement work and support requests.

• Being the delivery point of contact for retained clients, with proactive updates and clear communication.

• Coordinating Strategy, Design, Development and Digital Marketing teams to schedule and ship the work.

• Keeping schedules and systems (Jira, Productive, Confluence) accurate enough that resourcing, visibility and forecasting just work.

• Holding the line on budgets and time tracking, so retainer work stays profitable and nothing quietly runs over.

• Owning the backlog: sharp briefs and user stories, and running refinement and estimation.

• Partnering with our Service Desk to triage, prioritise and escalate, acting as the link between the desk, project teams and the client.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years in digital producer, project delivery, or a blended AM/PM role.

• A solid grasp of Agile and how digital production actually works.

• A track record of delivering across several concurrent clients or workstreams without dropping balls.

• Hands-on experience with delivery tools like Jira, Confluence or Productive.

• Genuinely strong communication, organisation and attention to detail, and calm under competing priorities.

Experience with offshore or distributed teams, with Productive specifically, or in a digital agency, is a bonus rather than a must.

The rest of the good stuff

• Yearly bonus incentives and tailored professional development.

• Genuine hybrid and flexible working.

• Work from anywhere in the world for up to four weeks a year.

• Birthday leave, with cake waiting when you're back.

• Flexible public holidays: swap two a year for celebrations that mean more to you.

• Salary sacrifice scheme and novated leasing discounts.

• Confidential employee assistance program.

• A newly fitted-out office on St Georges Terrace, right in the heart of the CBD.
