Salary: $250,000 – $300,000 per year
About the role
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of large-scale transformation initiatives, working closely with executive stakeholders, business leaders, technology teams and vendors. You'll lead complex projects across business and technology teams, helping drive meaningful change within a large and diverse organisation undertaking a significant technology transformation program aimed at enhancing the student, academic and staff experience.
Key responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project delivery from discovery through to implementation
Develop and manage project plans, budgets, risks and dependencies
Engage and influence senior stakeholders across business and technology functions
Coordinate vendors and delivery partners
Drive governance, reporting and executive communications
Ensure project outcomes deliver measurable value to end users
About you
Extensive program management experience within complex organisations
Experience leading digital transformation or technology-enabled change programs
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to operate across both business and technology domains
Experience managing competing priorities in large-scale environments
Higher Education, Education, Government or other customer-centric industry experience highly regarded
