A senior program manager will lead a multi-year Oracle Utilities (CCS/WACS) business transformation for a utility client in New Jersey, running governance, budgets, process redesign, stakeholder alignment, and vendor/system-integrator delivery. Requires 10+ years of large-scale transformation and ERP program leadership experience.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale business transformation and process improvement initiative focused on the implementation of Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service (CCS), Oracle Utilities Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS), and related utility business systems. This strategic leadership role will oversee the planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of a multi-year transformation program impacting customer service, billing, work management, field operations, finance, and regulatory processes.
The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in business process transformation with experience leading complex ERP/enterprise application implementations within Natural Gas, Electric, Water, or other regulated industries. They must be equally comfortable engaging with executive leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure delivery of both technology and business value.
