The role
You will become the functional expert on our NetSuite products: testing them thoroughly before every release,
understanding the business processes they serve, and demonstrating them to prospects and customers. The role starts
weighted towards quality assurance and shifts towards pre-sales as the products reach the market.
What you will do
• Design and run test cases and regression suites across NetSuite, web and mobile (iOS and Android); test business
scenarios end to end, from source transaction to GL impact.
• Log clear, reproducible defects, work them to closure with the developers, and sign off releases.
• Learn the products in depth and act as the voice of the user, flagging usability gaps and process mismatches and
contributing to requirements.
• Build demo environments and data, and deliver scenario-based product demonstrations to prospects and partners
alongside the sales team.
• Answer functional questions in sales cycles and RFPs; write user guides, release notes and training material, and
support customer onboarding and UAT.
What you bring
• 4–7 years in ERP functional consulting, functional or business QA, or a product specialist role.
• Hands-on Oracle NetSuite experience: core records and transactions, workflows, saved searches, roles and
permissions, OneWorld and multi-currency, sandbox use.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes: supply chain (procure-to-pay, inventory, warehouse and
fulfilment), logistics (shipping, transport and delivery), accounting (order-to-cash, record-to-report, tax, month-end
close), and people operations (time, expenses, HR and payroll), along with project accounting.
• A structured QA approach: test planning, test case design, regression discipline and well-written defects, in a tool
such as Jira, Azure DevOps or TestRail.
• Excellent spoken and written English, and the confidence to present a product to senior business users and handle
questions live.
Good to have
• NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant); SuiteApp, ISV or SaaS product experience.
• Pre-sales, solution consulting, conference room pilot or demo experience.
• API testing (Postman), basic SQL or SuiteQL, and test automation (Playwright, Selenium or Appium).
