About Flamingo
Flamingo is an award-winning body, hair, and care brand delivering high-performance, thoughtfully designed products at an accessible price. Since launching in 2018, we’ve become the #3 player in women’s shave in the U.S. and expanded our assortment to offer products for every routine: razors, wax steps for face and body, shave gel, and body lotion. Our products and campaigns have been covered by Vogue, Vanity Fair, Elle, and InStyle, and we’ve won major beauty accolades from Allure and Essence. With a mission to empower women, Flamingo is committed to partnering with nonprofit partners working to help women and girls build healthy relationships with their bodies and has helped connect over 200K people to quality mental health and wellbeing resources.
Flamingo is part of Mammoth Brands, the modern CPG company behind category-leading brands Harry’s, Flamingo, Lume, Mando, and Coterie. Driven by a mission to “Create Things People Like More,” the company is creating a new model—and home—for brands, founders, and talent looking to solve unmet needs, improve peoples’ lives and ultimately change the status quo. Even as we grow, we take extra care to maintain the small, scrappy, entrepreneurial culture that helped to get us where we are today: a company that people like more, that better serves its customers, employees, and community. Mammoth Brands is committed to making a positive impact and donated over $20 million through our network of nonprofit partners to date.
We build brands that move fast and think big — and we hire people who are curious about AI, willing to experiment with it in their day-to-day work, and excited to accelerate what's possible. We prioritize giving our team the tools, training, and space to build real fluency, so you grow alongside the technology and help shape how we use it.
About the team
The Global Product Team is responsible for all aspects of product development and design from ideation through production. The team leads the company’s largest product initiatives through the creation, development, and testing of innovative, high-quality goods that will be sold to and experienced by customers all over the world.
Within the Product Team, the Program Management team is responsible for overall program scoping, driving cross-functional teams to define and execute development and design strategy, and ensuring all workstreams ladder up successfully to launch new products.
About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented leader who thrives in ambiguity and loves making things happen. This is an ideal role for someone eager to own big outcomes and grow within a fast-moving product organization.
As a Product Program Manager, you’ll lead cross-functional workstreams and teams at all levels through thoughtful planning, execution, and support from concept through product launch. You’ll manage a high volume of commercial initiatives and bundles. Success in this role means being a doer who brings structure, builds relationships, and drives momentum across functions.
What you will do:
- Drive execution across a high volume of product programs, primarily commercial and bundle initiatives, from scoping through launch
- Lead cross-functional teams through development planning, timelines, and risk mitigation to ensure deliverables align with business goals
- Collaborate across product development, marketing, sourcing, operations, quality, finance, design, and sales to move work forward quickly and efficiently
- Work with domestic and international suppliers and manufacturers throughout development
- Clearly communicate updates, blockers, and decisions to stakeholders, including senior leadership, tailoring messages to different audiences
- Identify and implement workflow, tool, or process improvements that enable faster, more efficient execution
This should describe you:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years experience in roles that require ownership, coordination, and execution. This can include rotational programs, operations, finance, or product development. Industry experience in CPG, startups, or fast-paced environments a plus but not required
- No technical background required. We care more about your ownership, drive, and ability to get teams aligned and moving
- You are a self-starter with strong judgment and a proven track record of accountability. You don’t wait to be told what to do, and you’re energized by figuring things out
- You bring structure to chaos by breaking down complexity, asking the right questions, and keeping others focused on what matters
- You communicate clearly and confidently across stakeholders, internal and external, senior and peer-level
- You identify problems, own solutions, and take pride in driving outcomes rather than simply completing tasks
- You build trust quickly across teams, balancing input from multiple stakeholders while staying focused on the goal
- You are curious, adaptable, and resilient in the face of ambiguity, shifting priorities, or unexpected challenges
- You bring a positive outlook and a sense of humor. We take our work seriously and ourselves less so
Here's who you'll work with:
- Working on the Product Program Management team, which is part of the Global Product team
- Working closely with Product Development, Package Development, Marketing, Global Supply, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Sales, and Design teams as well as external supplier/vendor partners
Benefits and perks
- Medical, dental, and vision coverage
- 401k match
- Equity in Mammoth Brands
- Flexible time off and working hours
- L&D stipend
- 4 weeks sabbatical after 5 years, 6 weeks after 10 years, and 8 weeks after 15 years
- 20 fully paid weeks off for parents who give birth, or 16 fully paid weeks off for all other paths to parenthood
- Fun IRL and virtual events including happy hours, team building events, and parties on our rooftop
