Product Manager, On-Premise Digital Guest Experience

Build delightful experiences that keep customers coming back.

This Product Manager will help shape the future of the on-premise guest experience at Inspire Brands by turning guest and team-member insights, operational needs, market trends, emerging technology, and business priorities into intuitive experiences that drive growth, convenience, and measurable impact. They will partner with engineering, design, analytics, data product, operations, marketing, technology operations, restaurant teams, franchisee stakeholders, and external partners to solve complex problems and deliver scalable capabilities that work in real restaurant environments.

Great candidates are naturally curious, relentlessly guest-focused, and comfortable creating clarity in complex environments. They connect qualitative and quantitative insights, understand the relationship between digital experiences and restaurant workflows, challenge assumptions, make thoughtful tradeoffs, and tell compelling stories that align diverse stakeholders around a shared outcome.
