Product Manager - HYBRID

Why ReachMobi?
At ReachMobi, there are no ceilings. You are the owner and architect of your career path, with no one-size-fits-all model. We are both visionaries and builders, operating without bureaucracy or red tape. Our ethos is simple: have an idea in the morning, ship it by the afternoon, and have data by the evening. No matter your role, you operate as a founder, building, scaling, and continuously growing into what’s next.

As an incubator for app studios, we provide the technology, leadership, and resources needed to turn bold ideas into scalable businesses. We don’t just build apps, we build the companies behind them and the future CEOs who lead them.

About Us

An industry-leading mobile app developer, ReachMobi works tirelessly to connect users to a mobile experience that is completely tailored around the end-user. Our invaluable array of apps provides users with the power to transform their devices into something that perfectly aligns with their personalities and passions while enhancing functionality and customization.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Product Manager who can execute the vision provided by the App Studio Manager (ASM) and drive product success. This role requires someone who can dive deep into data, analyze what’s working and what’s not, and make strategic decisions to improve product performance. Rather than being the one who invents the product, this individual will drive the product forward through data-driven insights and execution.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead & Collaborate: Work closely with our App Studio Manager to guide teams through ideation, technical development, and product launches.

• Own & Grow: Take full ownership of your product area, helping to expand a ReachMobi vertical (big keyboard, email, messenger, etc.) with a strong focus on Android Launchers.

• Launch & Iterate: Develop, launch, and refine new products and features based on performance data and user insights.

• Think Strategically: Stay ahead of industry trends, mobile user acquisition strategies, and competitor movements to fuel growth.

• Execute & Adapt: Deeply understand the technical details and key performance indicators of our products, ensuring continuous optimization.

• Problem-Solve in Real Time: Execute on a vision—when given a formula for success, be able to implement it, assess the results, and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.

What You Need

• 3 years’ experience creating product roadmap(s) and product strategy.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, visualization, etc.).
• SQL querying experience to extract and analyze data.

• Ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps that drive product development in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of key product metrics, including cost per acquisition (CPA), revenue per user, click-through rates (CTR), retention rates, and lifetime value (LTV).

Values

At ReachMobi, our core values guide how we work, make decisions, and show up every day. We move fast, take ownership, and focus on delivering results that matter. We rely on data to guide our decisions, challenge ourselves to continuously improve, and stay focused on winning as a team. We operate without drama or ego, treating others with respect and keeping our attention on the work. Together, these values set clear expectations for accountability, collaboration, and performance across the company.

• Data Driven: We speak in data and act on what matters. Decisions are grounded in evidence, not assumptions, and we use data to focus on the work that has the greatest impact.
• Get Sh*t Done: We move fast, take ownership, and deliver. We focus on action over process and don’t get stuck in unnecessary meetings or red tape. Everyone is empowered to solve problems, follow through, and get the work across the finish line.
• Beat the Goat: We challenge the best and keep iterating until we win. We don’t settle for “good enough,” and we don’t wait for permission to make things better. This value reflects a relentless focus on results, the courage to take smart risks, and the discipline to keep pushing forward when things get hard. We take ownership, learn quickly, and adapt until we find the right solution.
• No Drama, No Egos, No As*holes: Drama distracts. Ego isolates. We focus on the work. Drama is distracting, and we can’t win when ego gets in the way. We treat others with respect, regardless of title or role, and we don’t let hierarchy define how we collaborate. When we leave drama at the door and put ego aside, we create an environment where teams can focus, trust each other, and win together.
