Product Manager

Do you want to be part of a forward-thinking team inside a global company?

The Opportunity

Build Products that Matter — We're looking for someone with the curiosity, courage, and compassion to help shape the future of our business—and the impact we have on people and the planet.

You'll help shape what we build and how we build it—bringing together diverse perspectives, navigating uncertainty, and turning ideas into action. You'll work at the intersection of strategy and execution, collaborating across teams to deliver solutions that are both commercially successful and aligned with our values.

Who We Are

Firetrace International is a global leader in fire suppression solutions, specializing in automatic fire detection and suppression systems that protect people, assets, and critical infrastructure.

As part of Halma plc, a FTSE 100 global group of life-saving technology companies, we are united by a shared purpose: solving some of the world’s most pressing challenges—from clean energy transition to water security and safety.

At Firetrace, we are proud to be building a safer, more sustainable world—together.

What You Will Achieve

This role supports product lifecycle management by helping develop, launch, and evolve products that create value for customers, partners, and end users. You will translate customer needs and market insights into internal priorities, partner closely with Sales as a key point of contact, and support sales enablement, growth strategies, product launches, and pricing. This role is vital to Firetrace’s overall strategy, goals, and growth initiatives as the company expands internationally.

• Gather customer, partner, and internal stakeholder feedback
• Support product launch planning and execution
• Partner with Sales and Marketing on positioning, enablement, and adoption
• Develop product requirements and business cases
• Manage projects for key customer initiatives
• Monitor product performance and recommend improvements
• Help prioritize product initiatives based on customer value, commercial opportunity, and strategic fit

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, plus 0-2 years of relevant experience. Additional work experience in lieu of degree is acceptable
• Exposure to product development, business analysis, consulting, engineering, design, customer success, or project management
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and leading projects
• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and deliver results
• While not required, experience with project management & collaboration tools (Monday.com, Miro, etc.), Customer Relationship Platforms (Hubspot, Salesforce), and familiarity with Agile principles and iterative product development is beneficial

Why You'll Love Working Here

• Leadership team that truly cares about company culture and our employees
• Hybrid work environment to maximize collaboration and productivity, while embracing true work/life balance and flexibility
• Top-tier benefit package, including premium healthcare benefits with low-cost premiums, 401K with company match, company-paid life and disability insurance, parental leave, tuition reimbursement, wellness program, free healthy snacks in office, and more!
• Ability to have direct impact on company success — your work is seen and valued by leaders, not lost in a big machine

If you're curious, collaborative, resilient, and eager to make a difference, we'd love to meet you. Our team is committed to building a better world and welcoming brilliant people with different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
