You will partner closely with our Engagement Leads and team leadership to build high-quality use cases and ensure our customers are confident in and delighted by our results.

- Partner closely with Engineering on project design, non-functional requirements, API discovery, feasibility, and AI product readiness

- Serve as the primary customer-facing lead during the build, running weekly status cadences
- Partner closely with Engagement Leads to translate customer requirements into a use case execution project plan and roadmap
- Support Engagement Leads by providing use case level context and completion status
- Join customer meetings to validate requirements and address concerns constructively, ensuring transparency in communication
Minimum Qualifications

- Ability to understand and represent data models to enable mock data creation
- Deep knowledge of agile delivery practices with a strong track record of running sprint ceremonies and managing backlogs end-to-end
